P&V Pistachio Pecorino Le Selezioni P&V is a compact, dry cheese with an intense, persistent and slightly sweet flavour. It has a fresh aroma and comes with Maremma milk, which blends perfectly with the green Bronte PDO pistachios. 

Excellent to compose a tasty and colourful chopping board or to be eaten on its own to savour its aromaticity and fullness, we recommend pairing it, like all mature pecorinos, with full-bodied red wines.
