The Truffle Pecorino Formette Le Selezioni P&V is pasteurised and inoculated with rennet and milk enzymes, and once the curd is obtained, the pecorino is shaped.
But it doesn't end there: to make it even more delicious and refined, the excellent truffle is added for a unique, enveloping flavour for the most refined palates.
Pecorino with truffle is excellent on its own to savour its aromaticity and fullness, but we recommend pairing it with cured meats and with not very sugary jams.
