Le Selezioni P&V Manchego PDO cheese originated in La Mancha, a large region south of Madrid. Queso Manchego is one of the most popular Spanish cheeses in the world.
It is a sheep cheese made from pasteurised milk of pure Manchega sheep, and has a very characteristic strong and intense flavour.
This cheese is very versatile and is perfect as an aperitif with dried fruit and honey. It is recommended to be paired with red wines, even young ones, depending on their degree of ripeness.
