Tre Marie Pandoro Ciuffo soft and fluffy is made with genuine quality ingredients. The secret is the mother yeast, through a slow and meticulous process a small portion is taken every day and mixed with the three doughs that make up the recipe. The doughs are left to rise for 72 hours so that they reach their optimal development. As a finishing touch, a dusting of white icing sugar.
