Cialde di Montecatini are delicious, light and nutritious biscuits typical of the famous Tuscan spa town. They are two crumbly sheets containing a filling of almonds and sugar inside. Made following the traditional recipe with flour, milk, eggs, sugar and almonds, they are excellent as a dessert. Try them with vin santo, passiti and moscati.
