The crescia, particularly well known in the Marche region, is an ancient recipe, poor but handed down with passion over the years. A product similar to a piadina but larger and thinner, to be stuffed with cured meats and cheeses.
Try the traditional one with stracchino cheese, prosciutto crudo and a drizzle of raw E.V.O oil.
