Riserva del Fondatore aged Pecorino cheese is made from selected sheep’s milk and crafted according to traditional Tuscan cheesemaking methods. Its extended aging period gives it a firm texture, intense aroma, and a rich, well-balanced flavor with pleasant aromatic notes and a refined, lingering finish. Ideal enjoyed on its own or paired with honey, fruit preserves, and full-bodied red wines.
