Le selezioni P&V Malandrino sparkling, a sparkling wine made with the charmat method from polished cataratto grapes, soft and floral nose, full and intense sip. A round and lively bubble, drinkable both as an aperitif or before meals and as an accompaniment for the table. It is not a particularly dry wine but has a pleasant savoriness that gives a satisfying taste balance.

Recommended with raw fish and seafood first courses, with bottarga or mackerel, also excellent with ethnic dishes.
