Valle dell'Etna Pistachio Pesto is made by hand with just pistachios, oil, salt and pepper, with no added colourings or preservatives. It is packed in glass jars and sterilised by boiling, to preserve all its flavour. Perfect for dressing pasta, topping bruschetta and canapés, and enriching many other recipes.
